1. To be responsible

• by running daily, monthly P/L report;
• by investigating any abnormal swing of P/L;
• by performing economic analysis of P/L;
• by documenting P/L production process;
• by comparison anticipated P/L to actual P/L; and
• by daily update of market parameters. for P/L production:

2. To be responsible

• by ensuring back-office will be able to settle transactions;
• by ensuring transactions can be booked within Capital Markets systems;
• by ensuring Operations resources are able to handle (quality and quantity); and
• by implementing procedures for booking, P/L analysis and market parameters review. for New Business Procedure for Operations:
