- Servicing Modern or General Trade

- Take orders and make sure the stock levels are sufficient, ensure the display shelves and block displays are full, adhere to company display guidelines and outlet hygiene requirements.

- Offer monthly company trade offers to customers.

- Practice FIFO

- Monitor Merchandisers in their daily activities.

- Monitor daily deliveries and collection.

- New product listing and distribution.

- Prepare daily sales report.

- Observe and update on competitors’ activities at the outlets.
